How important is visual impact and therefore non-verbal language?

Not everyone knows how crucial it is when getting to know someone, the first impression that is transmitted within a few seconds.

We can be pleasant, friendly, confident, helpful or unfriendly before we even speak.

The way we present ourselves through our image, the tone of our voice, makes us appreciated or on the contrary, belittled in the eyes of the person looking at us and evaluate.
